Terms of Service

The agreement between Truvio and the businesses that use Truvio: your account, the trial and plans, payment and cancelling, your data, and what each of us is responsible for.

01The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Truvio (“we”, “us”) and the business that registers for Truvio (“you”, the customer). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of that business, and you confirm you may do so.

Truvio is made for transport companies and is offered to businesses only, not to consumers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and the Data Processing Agreement sets out how we process the personal data you put into Truvio on your behalf. Both form part of this agreement.

02Your account

  • Accurate details. Give us correct company and contact details and keep them up to date.
  • Your people. Administrators of your account decide who is invited and what each person may see and do. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Sign-in details. Keep passwords to yourselves and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
  • Drivers. The driver app is part of your account. You tell your drivers what Truvio records about them, including positions from your trucks and the documents they upload.

03The service

Truvio is an online transport management system: orders and runs, the dispatch board, live fleet positions, documents, the driver app, invoicing and the features described on our website. We improve it continually. When we remove a feature you rely on, we tell you at least 30 days before.

  • AI features. Documents you upload can be read by AI to fill in forms, and the assistant can propose changes. The assistant never changes anything until a person confirms it. Check what AI fills in before you rely on it.
  • Estimates. Fuel costs, margins, routes and arrival times are estimates from the data available. They help you decide; they are not a guarantee.
  • Connections you choose. When you connect a telematics provider, an accounting system or an e-CMR platform, that provider's own terms apply to it, and data flows between it and Truvio as you set up.

04Trial, plans and payment

  • Free trial. A new account starts with a 14-day trial with every feature. No card is needed for it.
  • Plans. Plans are priced in euros, excluding VAT, and billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider Stripe.
  • Usage above your plan. AI document reading, route calculations and assistant requests beyond what your plan includes are charged per use, up to the monthly spending limit you set in billing.
  • Price changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. It applies from your next billing period.
  • Unpaid invoices. If a payment fails and is not settled after we remind you, adding new records may be paused until it is. Your existing data stays available to you.

05Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from billing in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after it. Payments already made are not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it.

Before your account closes you can export your data. After it closes, we delete or anonymise it as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only the records the law obliges us to keep, such as invoices.

06Your data

The data you put into Truvio is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, to keep it secure and to meet our legal obligations. Where it contains personal data, we act as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us.

07Acceptable use

  • Use Truvio only for lawful transport and business purposes.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits and security.
  • Do not resell access to Truvio or share one account between separate companies.

08Availability and support

We work to keep Truvio available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance where we can. Unless we agree a service level with you in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. For support, write to us on any working day.

09Liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or business, arising from this agreement. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10Suspension and ending

We may suspend access if invoices stay unpaid after a reminder, if the service is used in breach of these terms, or if that is needed to protect the service or other customers. We tell you why, and restore access once the reason is resolved. Either of us may end the agreement if the other seriously breaches it and does not put it right within 30 days of being asked to.

11Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we tell account administrators by email and in the app at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

12Law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the EU member state where Truvio’s operator is registered, and its courts hear any dispute about it. Before going to court, we first try to settle a disagreement with you directly.
