How it works

TRUVIO at work

Six moments from a carrier’s day, drawn from the product’s own screens. Each plays on its own and follows the same rules the product does.

A double booking is never a surprise

Put a run on hours its tractor already has and TRUVIO says so first: which run, for how many hours. The dispatcher decides. Assigned anyway, the lane opens a second row and both runs carry the overlap, so nobody finds out at the gate.

Live fleet, with no box to install

Scania, Volvo, Renault, DAF, MAN or any rFMS provider: each truck’s own telematics reports to TRUVIO through its maker’s cloud. Positions, speed, odometer and fuel arrive every five minutes, with nothing fitted in the cab. A truck that stops reporting is shown as Delayed where it was last seen, never as if it were current.

Delivered, checked, ready to invoice

The driver photographs the signed CMR in the app. TRUVIO reads it and checks it against the order: gross weight, pallets, the tractor’s and the trailer’s plates, the consignee’s signature. The run closes by itself and its charge waits in Charges ready to invoice, POD verified. One click makes the invoice, and nothing is typed twice.

Documents read by AI, never guessed

A photo of a CMR becomes the order’s fields: sender, consignee, places and dates, packages, weight, the plate, the signature. A field is filled only when the reading is sure. A weight written by hand or a smudged stamp stays empty, marked for a person, instead of being made up.

Documents that warn before they bite

Every driver, tractor and trailer carries its required documents: licence, ADR, CPC and tachograph card, inspection, insurance and calibration. Thirty days before one expires it says so in words and you are notified. A run the law forbids is refused outright: a driver whose licence ends before the run does cannot be put on it.

Finance that follows the freight

A delivered run’s charge waits in Charges ready to invoice. Create invoice makes the draft, Issue sends it, and it joins what customers owe, linked to its run. An invoice past its due date shows as overdue until it is paid. What you are owed is shown per currency: euros and złoty are never converted or added together.
