Every driver, tractor and trailer carries its required documents. Thirty days before one expires, TRUVIO says so in words and notifies you.

Built to be trusted

A TMS that never shows a guess as a fact

When you decide on a load, a driver or an invoice, the screen shows what is known, and says plainly what is not. States are written in words, so a cheap monitor or colour blindness can never hide them.

Estimates say they are estimates

A route without PTV is labelled as an estimate: no invented tolls, never marked compliant.

Unreadable stays empty

A field the scan cannot read is left for you to fill. A plate, a weight or a date is never made up.

Only what was recorded

Arrival and departure times are the ones recorded on the road, not the ETA moved by a few minutes.

Money in its own currency

Euros, złoty and kronor are never added together, and a record without a currency is never assumed to be euros.

You choose a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing. Nothing you set up is lost: when the trial ends, everything keeps working and only adding new vehicles, branches or users waits for a plan.

No. Registering your company starts the trial straight away.

Scania through its own interface, and Volvo, Renault Trucks, DAF, MAN or any maker or platform that gives you rFMS access. The driver app is there for everything else.

Not yet. Paper CMRs are scanned, read by AI and checked against the order; issuing electronic CMRs is not switched on.

Each active vehicle in your fleet. Archived ones free their place, and moving to a smaller plan is possible once your fleet fits it.
